Change—the Only Constant Thing in Google [Search Engine Journal]
Kelsey Jones of search marketing news site Search Engine Journal shared an interesting video from Google Webmaster Help’s Youtube channel that was posted earlier this week. Matt Cutts talked about a question from a user with regards to getting leads from social media other than search engines.
His answer reminds us that Google will always be changing. From Kelsey’s post:
The search engine is consistently looking for more ways to outwit spammers, provide more relevant and high quality search results and improve their algorithms. Webmasters that are trying to optimize for search engines should remember that Google changes are part of “what you sign up for” when doing SEO.
